CALLAO CITY LIGHTS SETTING FOR THE IV NATIONAL PLASTIC RECYCLING CONGRESS

The 4th edition of the National Plastic Recycling Congress organised by ANARPLA (the only association that brings together the main plastic recycling companies in Spain) took place at Cines Callao on 5 June, World Environment Day.

The event, hosted by journalist and presenter Esther Vaquero, featured Marta Gómez, Director General of Quality and Environmental Assessment at the Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge (MITERD), Rafael García, Deputy Minister for the Environment, Agriculture and Land Planning of the Community of Madrid, and David Eslava, President of the National Association of Plastic Recycling (ANARPLA), at its opening.

Presentations, round tables and awards

Throughout the day, more than 400 professionals from the sector were able to attend several presentations and round tables in our Room 2, led by representatives from different companies in the plastics industry.

The conference also featured around twenty stands located in our foyer and various breaks and cocktail parties throughout the day, held in our iconic Room 1, which was transformed into the perfect setting for this purpose after the seats in the stalls were removed.

The event closed with the presentation of awards to the best in the categories of Commitment, Sustainability, Innovation, Leadership, Passion and Career.
