THE LUZON FOUNDATION PRESENTS ITS NEW CAMPAIGN IN CALLAO

On September 20, the Luzon Foundation presented at the doors of the Callao Cinemas ‘I feel close’, an emotional advertising campaign that aims to raise awareness in society about Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), making visible the situation of those affected by this disease and the work of the companions who care for them.

Starring Pepe Tarriza, an ALS sufferer, and the people who care for him, the spot revolves around the story of a chair that is much more than a chair. It is to sit and feel close to an ALS patient. “This campaign is a tribute to those who care for us and are by our side. With it, we want to show the world how essential the people around us are,” said Juan Carlos Unzúe, former soccer player and ALS sufferer, at the presentation. “We are incurable patients, but not untreatable,” he added.

The event, in which Callao City Lights collaborated by lending its screen in the Plaza del Callao for the projection of the ad, was also attended by María José Arregui, president of the Luzón Foundation, and the protagonists of the spot.
