NOTODOFILMFEST AGAIN CHOOSES CALLAO CITY LIGHTS TO HOST ITS GALA

Once again this year, La Fábrica chose our emblematic Sala 1 space to hold the annual Notodofilmfest Gala, where the awards were presented to the best short films of 2024.

An event full of emotion and enthusiasm in which 23 works were awarded out of almost 60 nominees in an edition, the 22nd, in which nearly 860 proposals were received. The Grand Prize for Best Film went to ‘Irrelevant’, by Joel Munu.

The jury was chaired by the filmmaker Dani de la Orden, and comprised the actress Iria del Río, the production director of El Deseo, Esther García, the director Javier Fesser and the screenwriter Guillermo Fesser.

The gala, hosted by the actress Esperanza Guardado, showed a list of winners that reflected the concerns of today’s society and the film industry: structural problems of the system, geopolitical instability, sentimental relationships in the context of new technologies and precariousness are some of the themes outlined in the short films awarded in this edition.
