DISNEY + LAUNCHES CAMPAIGN COMBINED WITH TWITTER TO PROMOTE ‘PAM & TOMMY’.

On the occasion of the premiere of the season finale of the miniseries ‘Pam & Tommy’, which tells the story of the relationship between actress and model Pamela Anderson and drummer Tommy Lee, Disney + carried out a special action in Callao City Lights in which conventional advertising was combined with the innovative OnAir technology, which allows screens to be linked to the Twitter platform. The campaign showed sequences from the series along with comments on Twitter from users who had already seen it.

To participate in this action, Disney+ invited viewers to bring out the critic in all of us to tell the world their opinion about the series, using the hashtag #PamAndTommy. Thanks to OnAir technology, which allows the management of Twitter content in real time, some of these comments were shown on the screens of Callao City Lights. The campaign, which began on March 9th, has counted with the participation of Publicis, in media management, and Twitter, Flux and Guud, in social media. Pam & Tommy’ is an 8-part miniseries starring Lily James and Sebastian Stan. Written by Robert D. Siegel and directed by Craig Gillespie, it premiered on Disney+ on 2 February.
