THE CANARY ISLANDS AUDIOVISUAL AND VIDEO GAME INDUSTRY SHOWCASES ITS STRENGTH AT CALLAO CITY LIGHTS
The Canary Islands audiovisual and video game industry shows its strength at Callao City Lights
The terrace of Cines Callao and its outdoor screens were the showcase for audiovisual talent and the world of video games in the Canary Islands, at an event organised by the Canary Islands Economic Development Society (Proexca), which was attended by numerous representatives of this industry.
The event, opened by the Deputy Minister of the Presidency and President of Proexca, Alfonso Cabello, began with the screening on the two outdoor screens of our cinemas of a spectacular video of the work carried out in the Canary Islands in areas such as film production, animation, video games, visual effects (VFX) and post-production. A compelling introduction to demonstrate why more and more national and international production companies are choosing the islands to shoot, animate or develop digital content.
