EVENTS IN OUR SPACE
FC24 VIRTUAL CHAMPIONSHIP POWERED BY MUTUA MADRID OPEN AT CALLAO
Cines Callao was the venue for the FC24 Virtual Championship powered by Mutua Madrid Open, a virtual eSports competition that will be played exclusively on PlayStation 5. On 12 March, the first in-person qualifier for the tournament, whose final will be held on 4 May in the Caja Mágica, took place at our venue.
The presentation was open to the public, where we were able to see content creators such as LaTopera and Gravesen, and well-known faces from the world of football, such as former Portuguese player Luis Figo. Numerous prizes were given away among the attendees, such as a PlayStation 5 console, EA SPORTS FC 24 games and tickets to the Mutua Madrid Open.
The match was played in our emblematic Sala 1 and fans were also able to play on the set installed in the cinema’s ambiguous area.
