MADRID CITY COUNCIL INVITES YOU TO TAKE CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT, AT CALLAO CITY LIGHTS

On the occasion of World Environment Day, Madrid City Council has launched a campaign in Callao City Lights inviting the public to recycle. Under the slogan ‘Madrid has its own recycling point… and it is very close by’, the campaign reminds people of the importance of taking waste electrical and electronic equipment and other hazardous waste to the recycling point, as a fundamental measure to protect the environment.

The campaign promoted by the Madrid corporation has the collaboration of several environmental organisations (Ambilamp, Ecoasimelec, Ecofimática, Ecolec Fundación, Ecolum, Ecotic and European Recycling Platform).
