HYUNDAI MERGE REALITY AND FANTASY AT THE LAUNCH OF THE NEW KONA

 

With the aim of presenting the new Hyundai KONA, the Korean car brand activated a spectacular phygital action on 29 September in the Plaza del Callao (Madrid) in which Callao City Lights participated.

Under the slogan ‘Overcome your limits’, the action, carried out by Havas Media, Havas Play and Innocean, included different activations that took place simultaneously with the broadcasting of the campaign spot and a video specially developed in 3D for the outdoor screens of the Callao Cinemas.

All those present were able to use a QR code to travel to an imaginary world through augmented reality, an action carried out with the Maramura, studio, and learn about the main features that make the new KONA unique.

To enhance the activation, the square was filled with bubbles and pompoms were handed out with the aim of recreating an evocative atmosphere similar to that of the launch spot and to encourage the dissemination of the experience through social networks.
