EXTRATERRESTRIAL INVASION IN CALLAO, BY THE HAND OF IBERDROLA

On the occasion of the presentation of Iberdrola’s new Green Stable Plan, an army of flying saucers invaded Madrid’s Plaza del Callao on 9 March. An innovative action that included the broadcast, for 3 hours on the screens of Callao City Lights, of a 3D piece, developed by Maramura, and the new brand spot ‘Pase lo que pase’, created by Ogilvy and directed by film director Alex de la Iglesia.

In addition, days later, the action included a spectacular piece of simulated outdoor advertising (CGI), also by Maramura, in which a flying saucer took off from our terrace and launched a laser beam onto our screen in Callao, which triggered the broadcast of the spot. The campaign, managed in the media by Carat (Dentsu), served to announce the benefits of the new plan presented by the energy company: stable price, every day and every hour, for 5 years, with no commitment of permanence and with a bonus of 100 euros when contracting it.
