CIRCUITO GRAN VÍA IS FLOODED WITH FLAVOUR THANKS TO D.O.P JAMÓN DE TERUEL

 

Marked to cold’. This is the claim that presides over the campaign that D.O.P. Jamón de Teruel has launched on the 15 screens of Circuito Gran Vía to publicise its qualities. Through various images, in which the ham forms part of a snowy mountain landscape, the action stresses the importance of cold in the ham production process, so that salt does not have to be used in the curing process.

Campaign funded by the European Union.
