Great expectation in the Plaza del Callao to receive the UFC Featherweight World Champion, Ilia Topuria, at the preview of his documentary ‘Matador’. The fighter came to our cinemas accompanied by his entire family and technical team. And also a large number of well-known faces, especially from the world of sport, who did not want to miss this special day for the martial arts expert.

Omar Montes, Thibaut Courtois, Vinicius Junior, Dani Carvajal, Fede Valverde, Carlos Sobera, Alberto Contador, Misho, Lola Lolita, Walls, Laura Escanes, Rafa Medina and Pablo Castellanos were some of the celebrities who attended the premiere in which sports journalist Juanma Castaño acted as master of ceremonies.

Topuria: Matador’, made with the support of  Movistar Plus +, Filmax and Sr. Mono Producciones, tells the story of the popular athlete from his childhood in Georgia to his recent proclamation as UFC World Champion in featherweight, with special emphasis on his preparation for the fight against Alexander Volkanovski that earlier this year gave him the title.

The documentary will be shown in more than 150 cinemas throughout Spain and later on Movistar Plus+.
