Cines Callao was the venue chosen for the premiere of “Flores para Antonio”, a moving documentary in which actress Alba Flores pays tribute to her father Antonio, 30 years after his death, through images of his life and conversations with his family and friends.

An emotional Alba Flores was in charge of introducing the production team, which was shown in our two theatres packed with audiences.

Most of the Flores clan, Lolita, Elena and Guillermo Furiase, were in attendance, along with other well-known faces from the artistic world, Antonio Carmona, Olivia Molina, Rozalén and the singer Remedios Amaya, among others.

Directed by Elena Molina and Isaki Lacuesta, the documentary offers a portrait of Antonio Flores, both as an artist and as a person. It is an emotional exercise by his daughter, who lost her father when she was 8 years old.

The premiere featured an outdoor photocall and a screening of the documentary and its trailer on the building’s outdoor screens.
