CALLAO CITY LIGHTS OFFERS 3D MOBILE RETARGETING

 

Callao City Lights has reached an agreement with Adgage, a company specialising in mobile advertising, to offer its clients mobile retargeting with 3D pieces. A service that will allow to transfer to the digital environment the spectacularity of the 3D creatives previously shown on the screens of Circuito Gran Vía and, in this way, to reinforce even more the memory of the campaigns.

The 3D retargeting can be carried out in interstitial display, occupying the entire screen of the terminal. Moreover, as a result of this agreement, Callao City Lights will also offer mobile retargeting on social networks (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Tik Tok), on display and in pre-roll video.

“We are delighted to have reached this agreement with Adgage, especially for the novelty of being able to retarget digital outdoor advertising audiences with 3D creatives in the mobile environment. A formula that, thanks to its spectacular nature, boosts the advertiser’s branding strategies, boosting audience awareness”, says Gorka Pagazazaurtundua, commercial director of Callao City Lights.

Balearic Island Tourism

AETIB (Agència d’Estratègia Turística de les Illes Balears) has been the first client for which Adgage has carried out a mobile retargeting action in Callao City Lights, achieving interesting results. The mobile strategy, in this case combining interstitial, pre-roll video and social media formats, retargeted individuals who had been geolocated in the Callao square during the broadcast of the Illes Balears campaign.

Under the slogan ‘Mediterranean Soul’, the action, developed between 24 January and 1 February, coinciding with FITUR 2024, achieved more than 5.4 million outdoor impacts and an average mobile viewability of over 86%. Specifically, the results in the digital environment were outstanding both with the pre-roll video (VCR of 78% and visibility of 84%), as well as with the interstitial format (CTR of 2.37% and visibility of 89%) and the video on Facebook and Instagram (with a VCR of 0.61%). A strategy that, combining DOOH impacts with mobile retargeting, managed to reinforce brand recall and position the Balearic archipelago as a tourist destination in the user’s top-of-mind.

The screens of the Callao cinemas continue to be the protagonists of Gran Vía, Madrid’s commercial artery.

In May, the good weather encourages people to go out into the streets, so the screens of the Callao Cinemas continue to make an impact on millions of people every month.

Almost 50% of the target audience was made up of men and women, mostly over 26 years of age, with a medium socio-economic level and interested in technology, art, entertainment and sport.

FEBRUARY 2022: 20 MILLION IMPACTS, NEW RECORD IN CALLAO CITY LIGHTS

We have outdone ourselves again. Last February, Callao City Lights screens registered nearly 20 million impacts, the best data since we started measuring in November 2019, thanks to Infinia Mobile.

The figure represents two million more impacts than last January (18 million) and nearly 3 million more than in December 2021 (17.2 million).

The target audience consisted of men and women, mostly over 26 years of age, with a medium socio-economic level and interested in technology, arts and entertainment, sports, news and society.

This new data confirms, once again, the upward trend in the number of contacts with the audience. Since the beginning of the year, we have exceeded 5 million weekly impacts, while in 2019 we never reached 4.5 million.

This can be seen from the data collected by Infinia Mobile, an audience mobility platform audited by PwC that combines SDK technology with GPS and beacons to determine specific audience data in the area of influence of the Callao City Lights screens.

Más de 5 millones de impactos, cifra récord en la historia de Callao City Lights

En la última semana de enero, las pantallas de Callao City Lights lograron 5,1 millones de impactos, cifra récord en la historia de la compañía, desde que se iniciara la medición en noviembre de 2019 de la mano Infinia Mobile. Un valor que supone un incremento del 23% con respecto a la semana anterior y que en términos absolutos significa un aumento cercano al millón de impactos.

El público impactado estaba formado por mujeres (43,54%) y hombres (56,46%) en su mayoría de entre 26 y 40 años de edad (31,74%) y con un nivel económico medio (37,32%). Una audiencia interesada especialmente en arte y entretenimiento, salud/bienestar y familia y que en su mayoría lleva instaladas en su móvil aplicaciones de comercio electrónico y entretenimiento.

Así se desprende de los datos recogidos por Infinia Mobile, plataforma de audience mobility auditada por PwC que combina tecnología SDK con GPS y beacons con la que podemos determinar datos de audiencias específicos, en la zona de influencia de las pantallas de Callao City Lights, entre los pasados 24 y 30 de enero.

Este incremento de contactos con la audiencia supone un paso más en la línea ascendente experimentada por Callao City Lights durante el último trimestre de 2021, periodo en el que dicha variable aumentó un 50,6% con respecto al trimestre anterior, llegando a los 41,5 millones de impactos.

El público impactado estaba formado por mujeres y hombres en su mayoría de entre 26 y 55 años de edad, con un nivel económico medio. Una audiencia interesada en arte y entretenimiento, comida y bebida, finanzas, deportes y hogar y jardín.

MORE THAN 4.5 MILLION IMPACTS ON CALLAO CITY LIGHTS

Callao City Lights continues to increase its audience and number of impacts. Between 29 November and 5 December, our screens increased their impact by 82% compared to the previous week, to over 4.5 million. Likewise, the audience almost doubled, reaching 2.1 million unique users, an increase of 75%.

The audience was made up of men (51.65%) and women (48.35%), mostly between 26 and 40 years old (30%), with an average economic level (53%) and living in the province of Madrid. This audience is interested in entertainment, technology and home and especially uses applications such as Spotify and Mercadona.

Compared to the same week in 2019, the last year before the pandemic, the figures are also very striking. The audience grew by 76.1%, nearly one million more users, and the number of impacts, by 28.3%, one million more, as well.

This is the result of the data collected by Infinia Mobile in the area of influence of the Callao City Lights screens.

The impact of our screens continues to grow. Last October they increased by 47.5% compared to the previous month, reaching 13.4 million impacts. The audience also increased to 2.6 million unique users, 31% more than in September.

The audience was made up of women (52%) and men (48%), mostly over 26 years old, with an average economic level (59%) and living in the province of Madrid. An audience interested in entertainment (31%) and sports (21%) and which especially uses applications such as Telegram (38%) and Google Meet (20%) -in addition to Whatsapp, which is understood to be used by almost everyone-.

This is the result of data collected by Infinia Mobile in the area of influence of the Callao City Lights screens, between 1 and 31 October 2021.

The impact of our screens continues to rise. During the months of July and August, nearly 18.5 million impressions were achieved, 128% more than those registered in the same period last year (when nearly 8.1 million were achieved). The increase in vaccinations and the sales period encouraged users to come to the area.

In addition, the August audience tripled compared to the same month in 2020, reaching more than 1.8 million users compared to 586,462 registered the previous year. The audience (August 2021) was made up of men (49.43%) and women (50.57%), mostly aged between 26 and 40 and with a medium socio-economic level. Most of them came from the communities of Madrid and Catalonia and were particularly interested in travel, technology and social issues.
